References checked
Every leader consents to us reviewing their professional history and references. Where a claim needs corroboration, we follow up before the profile goes live.
Track record assessed

Availability confirmed
Each leader confirms the workload and start window they can genuinely take on, and keeps it current. Leaders who are unavailable are not shown as available.
