Cookie policy

Tessara uses a small number of cookies: technically necessary ones to keep you signed in, and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are set by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in and to protect your session, and are strictly limited to that purpose. One further necessary cookie, tessara_consent (valid for 12 months), stores your own cookie choice so we do not have to ask again on every visit.

Analytics cookies

Where enabled, we use PostHog, hosted on PostHog's EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com), to understand, in aggregate, how the Platform is used (e.g. which pages are visited, which features are used). PostHog is configured not to collect names, email addresses, CVs or other directly identifying content. These cookies are only set after you have accepted analytics in our cookie notice: nothing analytics-related is loaded before that, and if you decline, PostHog is never started. Analytics are additionally disabled automatically if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, even if you accepted.

No advertising cookies

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad networks. No personal data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page; withdrawing is as easy as granting and takes effect immediately. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; doing so may prevent the Platform's necessary session functions from working correctly. Enabling Do Not Track in your browser disables analytics as well, and you can always contact support@tessara.ch.
