Verified means reviewed by Tessara, on the basis of the information and documents provided. It is not a background check and not a guarantee of performance. The review happens before a profile is published and is repeated periodically. Five things we look at:
Identity details reviewed
We cross-check the name, contact details, CV and, where available, the LinkedIn profile for consistency and for signs of impersonation.
Leadership experience reviewed
We look for genuine senior or executive responsibility in the functions a leader offers, not just years on a CV.
Professional history reviewed
We review the documented career history, the stated leadership experience and the evidence submitted, and follow up where a material claim needs clarification.
Track record assessed
Stated results, seniority and specialisation are assessed against the documented career history. We challenge inflated titles and figures the documents do not support.
Availability kept current
Each leader states their current workload and possible start window and is required to keep it up to date. The review itself is not a guarantee of availability at a given moment.
